What is the AutoTill agency workspace?

The AutoTill agency workspace lets a digital agency manage AutoTill website agents for many clients from one account. Each client stays a separate workspace with its own data. The agency sees every client card with agent status and outcomes, and has pages for clients, leads, integrations, team, usage, billing and payouts.

How much commission do agencies earn?

AutoTill pays agencies 20% commission on client plans signed up through agency invites. Commission follows the client: it adjusts when the client upgrades, stops when they cancel and reflects refunds. Upcoming commission is shown on the payouts page, and payments are made through Stripe Connect.

Can the agency pay for client plans?

Yes. An agency can subscribe to any AutoTill plan and choose which clients draw on the agency allowance, with optional monthly caps. Other clients can pay for their own plan directly. This lets agencies bundle AutoTill into retainers or pass costs through, client by client.

Can I restrict team members to certain clients?

Yes. Agency owners invite team members with a role and choose whether they can access all clients or only selected clients. Team members only see the client websites they have access to, in the web dashboard and in the AutoTill Android app.

Is client data kept separate?

Yes. Each client is a separate workspace with its own catalogue, Memory, behaviour controls, conversations and contacts. Data never crosses between clients, so one client's facts cannot appear in another client's agent. Separation is enforced by the backend, not just hidden in the interface.

Who receives upgrade emails for agency clients?

Upgrade and credit emails go to the client's contacts as primary recipients, with agency admins copied. This keeps clients informed about their own account while letting the agency follow up. The emails name the client and website so it is always clear which account they relate to.

Who can connect Stripe for payouts?

Only the agency owner can connect Stripe Connect for commission payouts. Other team members can view billing information according to their role, but payout settings are restricted to the owner, which protects the agency's bank details.

Does the agency workspace cost extra?

No. There is no separate fee for the agency workspace. Agencies pay for any plan they subscribe to, and clients who pay for their own plans are billed directly. New clients start with 100 free credits, then plans from £20/month.

Is the agency workspace white-label?

No. The AutoTill agency workspace is not a white-label product. Agency invitations are agency-branded and name your agency, but AutoTill remains visible as the platform. If you need your own brand on every screen and email, a white-label reseller would suit you better.
