How does AutoTill show live visitors?

The AutoTill chat window sends a regular heartbeat while it is open. Visitors whose heartbeat has recently been received are shown as online; if it stops for a couple of minutes, they are treated as offline. This keeps the live view accurate rather than showing visitors who left long ago.

Can I reply to visitors from my phone?

Yes. In the AutoTill Android app, open a live conversation and take over. The agent pauses in that conversation and your replies appear in the visitor's chat window. When you are done, hand the conversation back to the agent or close it.

Will I get a notification for every visitor?
