AutoTill Behaviour Controls: Decide How Your Agent Acts

AutoTill behaviour controls are per-website dashboard settings that decide how the AutoTill website agent behaves: its name and face (Tyson by default), branding and launcher style, when it asks for contact details, which products it may recommend, whether it runs in product or service mode, and whether it is Live or Paused. No code or prompts are needed.

Contact capture has four modes: only when needed (the default), early in the conversation, an always-visible details bar, and before the chat starts. Each trades the number of contacts collected against how many visitors start a chat.

Behaviour controls cannot change facts, prices or orders; the agent still answers only from the business website, catalogue, policies and Memory. Changing settings never uses credits.
